My name is James Irwin and just to give you a general idea about myself I am a down home, hard working, straight forward guy. I have the desire to meet every expectation of what an agent should be and then some. I have never taken the easy way out, nor will I ever. The thing I love about living in Ohio is the four seasons. I am a big fan of the water whether it be boating, water skiing, jet skiing, or just fishing. I am also a big fan of winter activities such as snowmobiling, skiing and playing pond hockey. Really everything except shoveling snow! I'm a die hard Cleveland Indians, Cavaliers and Browns fan. As you can see I love being an avid sports guy. I also enjoy taking the dogs for long walks through the parks and spending time with friends and family. I grew up in Hinckley Ohio and attended the Highland local schools. I played hockey for and graduated from Ohio University. I currently reside in North Royalton in Cuyahoga County. I have a younger brother who is attending the University of Vermont on a full hockey scholarship and a fiancee who is currently a first grade teacher. I grew up from a young age working in construction. Prior to coming to work for Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty I was a Physical Therapist Assistant. When I'm not working at Coldwell, I am heavily involved with the Northeast Ohio hockey community. Graduated from Ohio University Pre-PT Minor in Business from Ohio University GO BOBCATS!!!
